orders may take up to 48 hours to process. all items are subject to availability.
certain items may require longer production periods.

we offer complimentary usps priority shipping for all orders within the united states. sales tax will be applied to new york and california orders. orders that require expedited shipping will be charged accordingly at checkout.

we offer the following expedited shipping methods via ups (all orders must be placed prior to 4 pm est, otherwise orders with expedited shipping will process and ship the following business day)

3-day shipping: $45

2-day shipping: $65

overnight: $95

tracking information will be sent via email.

we offer next-day messenger services for orders in manhattan and brooklyn, within business hours, monday through friday. please enter your time preference in the “notes” section at checkout.

all international orders are shipped via dhl express for a flat rate of $75. orders are subject to any duties or import taxes the buyer may be required to pay at delivery, dependent upon country-specific import laws. these additional charges are not the responsibility of morgane le fay and will be invoiced to the buyer by dhl directly.

all international declarations and dhl invoices will list the actual cost of items purchased. exceptions include if an item is on sale or part of a promotion.

store credit is honored exclusively at morgane le fay and applied directly to purchases online and in-store. please note that store credit does not reduce the price of the item when declared at customs.

returns + exchanges

we gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange only, no refunds. garments must be unworn and unwashed with original tags to be granted store credit within 7 days of order delivery.

orders placed online must be returned to our studio address and may not be returned to our store locations.

all sale items are final sale and are not subject to exchange, credit, or refund.

online returns

pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original packaging. international shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.

all purchases must be returned to our studio address.

please note that worn, altered, washed or damaged items will not be accepted as returns. if we deem a product unfit for an exchange, we will return the merchandise to buyer.
