we offer complementary ground shipping for all orders within the united states. sales tax will be applied to new york and california orders. orders that require expedited shipping will be charged accordingly at check out.

all shipments are via ups. your shipping confirmation email will tell you how to track your package.

we offer next day messenger services for orders in manhattan and brooklyn.  deliveries occur between 10am and 5pm, monday through friday. please enter your time preference in the “notes” section at check out.


we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with original tags for store credit or item exchange within 14 days of purchase. the returned package must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date.

all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

to return an online purchase

your package will include an order invoice and a return form. indicate items being returned on the return form by listing with the return reason and quantity. retain a copy of your original order invoice for your records. the customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.

pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include the completed return form and the original invoice. shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

you can send items back to us at the address below using any traceable / insured shipping method. sorry, we cannot accept cod returns.

we will not accept return on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. we maintain a strict policy regarding worn merchandise and the buyer understands that it is up to our discretion. if we deem a product unfit for an exchange, we will return the merchandise to buyer using ground shipping and give notification through the buyer’s email.
